Academia(Noun)

The area of work or study that focuses on research, teaching, and learning. Typically within higher education (i.e. universities, colleges and academies)

Apprenticeship(Noun)

A form of education that combines hands-on learning, with additional study. These positions are usually paid, and are commonly connected to more practical work

Bachelor's(Noun)

The traditional name for the degree awarded after university study. It is commonly undertaken after compulsory education at the age of 18. Usually a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a Bachelor of Science (BSc).

An application for research funding. It usually outlines what the research is, and why it’s important.
